Founded in 2025 by husband and wife team Yury and Valerie Katz, Elite Design Consultants Inc. is a family-owned firm combining over 30 years of expertise in technology, real estate, property management, architectural design, urban planning, transportation, permitting, and project management. The team blends strategic insight and client-focused service to guide projects from feasibility, through land acquisition, design permitting and construction; delivering efficient, compliant, and forward-thinking solutions.
