Led end-to-end technology initiatives spanning custom software development, quality assurance, deployment, and production monitoring for mission-critical platforms. This work focused on building reliable, scalable systems through rigorous testing frameworks, controlled release processes, and real-time observability. The result was improved system stability, reduced operational risk, and dependable performance in high-availability environments supporting complex, business-critical operations.

Managed cross-functional, client-facing engagements across multiple industries, aligning technical delivery with strategic business objectives. By coordinating stakeholders, managing scope, budgets, and timelines, and maintaining clear communication, projects were delivered with predictability and measurable impact. This approach strengthened client relationships, supported long-term partnerships, and ensured solutions were both effective and aligned with client success.

Led the delivery of complex Supercharger infrastructure projects across Eastern Canada. Built and managed a multidisciplinary team, expanded the charging network across Eastern Ontario, Québec, and the Atlantic provinces, and established strong partnerships with utility companies and municipal authorities.

Supported all phases of project execution—from feasibility and site selection to design, permitting, and construction—while also implementing French-language operational processes. Regularly collaborated with teams across North America (including the U.S. and Mexico), stepping into multiple responsibilities to address challenges, accelerate timelines, reduce costs, and ensure successful commissioning of Supercharger sites.

STM-Programmed and implemented bus detours in GIRO Hastus, ensuring accurate real-time GPS updates for onboard systems: Chrono, Google Maps, Maps, Transit App, and other transit information platforms. Built, managed, and maintained comprehensive databases of bus routes, urban furniture, and operational equipment using Microsoft Access and custom GIRO Hastus tools.

Coordinated in the development of multimodal transport stations for Montreal’s light rail project (REM), focusing on seamless integration of buses, bicycles, taxis, and pedestrian circulation while coordinating and ensuring alignment across numerous internal teams and external partners/stakeholders. 

Managed publicly funded healthcare construction projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution. Produced plans, technical specifications, and various technical reports, while also preparing construction cost estimates and professional fee evaluations.

Regularly inspected construction sites to ensure all work complied with approved plans and standards. Led a team of architectural technicians and collaborated closely with structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/fire-prevention engineers.

Facilitated coordination meetings and served as the primary liaison between clients, general contractors, and consulting teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.
