Founded in 2025 by husband-and-wife team Yury and Valerie Katz, Elite Design Consultants Inc. is a family-owned firm built on over 30 years of combined expertise. Their backgrounds span technology, real estate, property management, architectural design, urban planning, transportation, permitting, renewable energy, and project management.
